President’s Corner Fall 2023

Over the past few months, we have been diligently enhancing our technology offerings to provide you with a more seamless and enhanced experience. We successfully transitioned to a new core operating system and digital banking platform that is some of the industry’s best and most innovative technological solutions. Like any complex system, there have been some minor issues that have come to our attention, and we want to be transparent and assure you that we are actively working to address them—most of which will be resolved prior to this blog’s publication. We also know you experienced longer than usual wait times while we completed our technology enhancement. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The key aspects of this successful technology enhancement are as follows:

  • Robust Security: Security is a paramount concern in today’s digital landscape. Our technology enhancement includes robust security measures that safeguard your data and protect your privacy. You can trust that your information remains safe at your credit union.
  • User-Friendly: We have taken user feedback to heart, and the enhanced user interface makes it more intuitive and user-friendly, which means a more streamlined experience.
  • Modern features: Our enhanced mobile app has the most modern features to make managing your finances easier than ever. Have you connected with us through our online chat yet? It’s a quick and easy way to get a question answered and chat with a Member Relationship Specialist.
  • Expanded functionality: Members can now link accounts from other financial institutions in our Online and Mobile Banking App, allowing you to see all your banking relationships in one place. MoneyTrack has also been upgraded to help make budgeting a breeze.

As we move into the final stretch of this year, we are excited about the opportunities ahead. We are focused on growth, not just for our credit union but for you, our members. Our investment in this technology underscores our dedication to providing an exceptional member experience.
