  • SBA & USDA Guaranteed Loans

    SBA Loans are available to any eligible small business, and also generally have lower rates than an average business loan.

    USDA Loans are special loans backed by the department of agriculture for businesses working in rural areas. They typically have low-interest rates.

To qualify for membership, you must live, work, worship, attend school in Yolo, Sacramento, Placer, or El Dorado counties.

To apply for a Home Loan, you must qualify for membership, and the property must be located in Yolo, Sacramento, Placer, or El Dorado counties or within 50 miles of our corporate office.
