Healthcare & First Responder Offer
Healthcare First Responder Discount: Yolo Federal Credit Union offers a .25% rate discount on qualifying fixed-rate loan products for healthcare and first responder professionals. Qualifying loan products include: Vehicle, Recreational Vehicle, Motorcycle, Boat, Real Estate, Home Equity, Signature, and Energy Saver Loans. To receive the discount, the individual must be employed as a nurse, doctor, firefighter, police officer, paramedic, or support professional in the first responder or healthcare system at the time of application and provide proof of employment. Retired healthcare and first responder professionals also qualify for loan discount. Subject to change at any time.
The Home Loan Lender Credit Offer ("Lender Credit") is valid 7/8/25-12/31/25 ("Promotional Period") for First Mortgages only. New First Mortgages qualify for a lender credit up to $2,000. Existing Yolo Federal First Mortgages and Mobile Home Loans are excluded. To qualify, a mortgage loan application must be submitted within the Promotional Period and the loan must be funded prior to the application expiration date. The Lender Credit will be applied at closing. The Lender Credit cannot be combined with any other offer. If the mortgage loan is paid off and closed within 24 months, the Lender Credit must be repaid to Yolo FCU. Property insurance is required, and flood insurance may be required based on property location. Some restrictions may apply. Subject to change at any time.
