President’s Corner – Summer 2023

This year, we have been focusing on the concept of change—embracing it, harnessing its power, and exploring how it can positively impact our members’ financial journey and operational efficiency. Change is an inevitable part of life, and just like the seasons, it brings transformation and growth. Change is not only necessary but also exciting. It opens doors to new opportunities, helps us evolve, and enables us to better serve you, our members.

We are thrilled to provide our members with enhanced service with our Interactive Teller Machines’ (ITMs) new video teller technology. We have also expanded staff to support this rapidly growing service channel. Our new Mobile Banking platform launching July 18th, will be much more user-friendly and personalized, allowing you to see all your associated accounts with a single sign-in or only the ones you want to see regularly. Our new Online Banking dashboard will allow you to manage money, make loan payments, and view accounts more quickly and easily. Registration on the new Online Banking platform will take just a few minutes, and if you have any questions or require assistance, our dedicated team is here to serve you.

Empowering our members with financial knowledge is an integral part of our mission. From budgeting tips to buying your first car, we are here to equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to make sound financial decisions.
