Accessing your accounts just got easier—and faster—with our new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). This upgrade means more self-service options, and you’ll enjoy an enhanced member experience with a Virtual Teller.

Skip the line with a Virtual Teller

With one touch, you’re virtually connected to a Yolo FCU Representative who can assist you with your teller transaction.

  • Make a Loan payment
  • Conduct a transaction without a Debit Card (with valid ID*)
  • Cash withdrawals up to $3,000 with a Virtual Teller
  • Transfer funds between accounts—and to other members
  • Ask account questions and more!

Virtual Tellers are available to assist Monday-Friday 10 AM-5 PM and Saturdays 10 AM-2 PM. Check out these videos for an overview of our ITMs enhanced features, including ID verification, and to learn more about the Virtual Teller feature.
