The 5-Star Service Promise

Whatever the reason, we understand the importance of providing a high level of service to ensure you’re satisfied with your experience. This is why we developed a member-focused 5-Star Service Promise.

The 5-Star Service Promise is our pledge to our members and our community so that we can live out our mission of helping Yolo County achieve financial success. Our service promises include:

In every conversation, no matter if it is face-to-face, through email, or over the phone, you can trust that we will follow through on our service promises. To make sure we meet your expectations, we send 5-Star Service surveys randomly to members. By responding to these surveys, you can help us continue to grow and improve how we serve you. To qualify for membership, you must live, work, worship, attend school in Yolo, Sacramento, Placer, or El Dorado counties.

To apply for a Home Loan, you must qualify for membership, and the property must be located in Yolo, Sacramento, Placer, or El Dorado counties or within 50 miles of our corporate office.
