Our Online Banking and Mobile App platform has a host of features to help make managing your money easier. To get started, follow the instructions below.

Currently Enrolled in Online Banking
To register for the new Online Banking platform using a browser or computer, go to the login screen from our website and enter your current Online Banking credentials.
To register from your mobile device, download the updated Yolo Federal Mobile Banking App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once completed, enter your current Online Banking credentials.
If it’s been 12 months or longer since you’ve logged into your Online Banking, you will need to register as a new user.
Once you’ve entered your credentials, you will be prompted to change your password. We recommend creating a “Strong” password. For your security, passwords must be complex and meet the requirements below.
Password requirements:
- At least 12 (twelve) characters in length
- At least 1 (one) uppercase letter
- At least 1 (one) lowercase letter
- At least 1 (one) number
- At least 1 (one) non-alphanumeric character

After registering, you will log in using your username and updated password.

New Online Banking Users
To register using a browser or computer:
If this is your first time enrolling into our Online Banking platform from your computer, select “Register a New Account” and follow the registration process outlined below, including reviewing and accepting all disclosures.
To verify your identity, you will be required to enter the following information:
- Account Number
- Social Security Number/Tax ID
- Date of Birth
- Last Name
You will then be directed to select a Multifactor Authentication (MFA) method via text, email, or voice call.
After successfully verifying your identity through MFA, you will be requested to create a username and password. We recommend creating a “Strong” password. For your security, passwords must be complex and meet the requirements below.
Username requirements:
- At least 8 (eight) characters but no more than 40 (forty)
- Can use letters and numbers
- Can have special characters
Password requirements:
- At least 12 (twelve) characters in length
- At least 1 (one) uppercase letter
- At least 1 (one) lowercase letter
- At least 1 (one) number
- At least 1 (one) non-alphanumeric character
After registering, you will log in using your username and updated password.

What are the username and password criteria requirements?
Username requirements:
If you registered using your previous login credentials, your Username does not need to meet the criteria below. If you’re a new registrant or you change your Username, the following criteria must be met:
- At least 8 (eight) characters but no more than 40 (forty)

What do I do if I get locked out of my account or forgot my password?
If you are locked out, you will receive an error message directing you to click on “Forget Password” to reset your password.
If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot Password” and follow the workflow to reset your password.

Can I retrieve my username or password if I’ve forgotten it?
Yes, you can retrieve your username by clicking on Forgot Username and providing the requested information. If you forgot your password, select Forgot Password and follow the workflow to reset your password.

How do I change my username or password?
To update your Username, go to Tools > Settings > Security.

Will I need to download a new Mobile App for Mobile Banking?
No. If you already have the Mobile App downloaded on your mobile device, you will need to update the app through the App or Google Play Store.

When can I register for Online Banking if I’ve never registered before?
New to Online Banking users can register for Online Banking beginning Monday, July 24, 2023.

Will joint accountholders have their own login?
Yes, joint accountholders will have to register as a new user for Online Banking and can begin registering Monday, July 24, 2023.
Disable Your Online Banking Access
To disable your Online Banking access from the Yolo FCU Mobile Banking app, please contact our Member Service Center, send a secure message through Online or Mobile Banking, or schedule an appointment with a Member Relationship Specialist. You’ll need to provide the following details:
- Name on the account
- Member Number
- Online Banking Username
Be sure to download or print your eStatements for future reference. Your request will be processed in 1 to 2 business days. Please note, disabling your Online Banking access will not close your Yolo FCU accounts.
