President's Corner Winter 2026

As we wrap up the final quarter of the year, I’m proud to reflect on a year marked by meaningful progress, strong performance, and continued dedication to our members. We maintained financial strength while driving healthy loan growth and making operational improvements that help us deliver value every day. Our teams remained focused on enhancing the member experience, supporting employee development, and advancing initiatives that position your credit union for long-term success.

One of the most exciting developments this year is our new branch in Natomas, scheduled to open next summer. This branch represents more than just a new location, it reflects our commitment to meeting members where they are, expanding access, and strengthening our presence in a rapidly growing region. The branch will feature a modern design, enhanced technology, a community room, and a drive-through ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) for faster, more convenient service. The location is in the heart of one of the fastest-growing communities in our area. We look forward to welcoming both new and existing members to this beautiful new branch as we expand our ability to serve the greater Sacramento and Yolo County region.

As we look ahead to 2026, our priorities remain clear: maintaining strong financial stewardship, elevating the member experience across every channel, investing in technology and operational efficiency, supporting the growth and development of our employees, and continuing to strengthen our long-term resilience. Together, we will build on this year’s accomplishments and continue creating lasting value for our members and our community.

With gratitude,
Jenee
