President's Corner Fall 2026

Q3 2026

Fall is always a season ofchange, and there is a lot happening at Yolo Federal Credit Union.

On September 16, we officially celebrated the opening of our newest branch in Natomas—our sixth branch and an exciting milestone for Yolo FCU as we expand into the Sacramento market. For decades, our roots have been firmly planted in Yolo County. Opening our first branch in Natomas represents an important next step in our growth and gives us the opportunity to introduce Yolo FCU to a new community.

I’m especially proud that we are taking this next step from a position of strength. Our membership continues to grow, our financial performance remains strong, and we continue to invest in our people, technology, and services. That foundation gives us the opportunity to grow thoughtfully while continuing to deliver the experience our members expect from Yolo FCU.

The credit union industry continues to change, with consolidation becoming more common as credit unions look for opportunities to grow, remain competitive, and navigate an increasingly complex environment. At Yolo FCU, we’re focused on our own path forward, built around sustainable growth, financial strength and, most importantly, staying true to who we are.

For us, growth has never been about simply getting bigger. It’s about creating more opportunities to serve our members and communities, while preserving the relationships, local decision-making and values that have made us successful. Natomas is a great example of that. We are entering a new market, but we’re bringing the same commitment to personal service, strong relationships, and community involvement that our members have come to expect from Yolo FCU.

There is a lot to be excited about as we look toward the future. Our communities may grow, technology will change, and the way members choose to interact with us will evolve. But one thing won’t change—our commitment to helping our members achieve financial success and making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

Thank you for your continued trust in Yolo Federal Credit Union and for being part of our story. I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited about where we’re going.
