We’re excited to share the news!

At the heart of Yolo Federal Credit Union is our commitment to the philosophy of people helping people. That was the driving force behind our initial charter in 1954 when a group of local County Sheriff Department employees banded together to help their colleagues buy the equipment they needed for their job. Our original name was Yolo County Employees Federal Credit Union. We changed our name to Yolo Federal Credit Union in 1982 when we first expanded our charter to include service to anyone who lives, works, worships, or goes to school in Yolo County.

Fast forward 26 years, and our commitment to people helping people is stronger than ever. We are dedicated to providing access to affordable financial products and services, enhanced technology, and exceptional member service. We are excited to share that we have expanded our service area to include individuals who live, work, worship, or go to school in Sacramento, Placer, or El Dorado counties.

Do you have friends, family, or colleagues who live in the greater Sacramento region who would benefit from joining Yolo Federal Credit Union? Please send them our way. It would be our pleasure to help them with a loan, open an account, or even do a financial review to identify areas where we could help them achieve financial success.

At Yolo Federal Credit Union, our service promises include taking ownership of member requests, building genuine relationships with each member, and demonstrating integrity in every interaction to uphold member confidence.

We are proud to now serve everyone in the counties of Yolo, Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado.
