Can I schedule an appointment for any service?
Yes, all our services are available as appointments.
How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment?
You can cancel/reschedule your appointment in two ways.
First—after completing your appointment booking, scroll down to the “Changes to Your Appointment” section. Select which one you’d like to adjust.
Second—in your appointment confirmation details email, select “Manage Appointment” under appointment details. The same “Changes to Your Appointment” section will appear. Select which one you’d like to change.
How do I get text notifications?
To receive text notifications, select the checkbox next to “Receive appointment notifications via text message” when booking your appointment.
How do I receive appointment details?
Your appointment details via email (and text if you selected that option). Scroll down to the “Your Appointment Details” section to view the details of your appointment.
