Recent COVID-19 cases in Yolo County have sharply increased, which has significantly impacted our community. This has created extraordinary circumstances that are challenging businesses, consumers, and employees both professionally and personally. We are carefully following all CDC and Yolo County health guidelines to ensure the safety of our employees and members.
Like many businesses, we are experiencing periodic reductions in available staff, which may impact wait times or branch hours. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. Providing alternative solutions to reduce your wait time is important to us, and we urge you to utilize these services.
Schedule an Appointment—Choose from in-branch, phone, and virtual options. We recently added virtual appointments so you can have a face-to-face interaction without leaving the comforts of your home. You can schedule an appointment one of three ways:
- Click here or select the “Schedule Appointment” link at the top of any page to get started.
- Click the menu icon on the top, righthand corner, and select Schedule Appointment from a mobile device.
- Use an in-branch lobby kiosk to schedule an appointment.
For members who visit our Woodland Main Branch, you can skip the line by scheduling a time for your teller transaction when it’s convenient for you. Just choose Teller Express Lane from the Schedule Appointment menu.
Secure Messaging―Send us a message through the Mobile App or Online Banking. Our Member Service Center is available to assist you through this channel quickly.
Live Chat―The Live Chat button is available on the home page of our website. Click this button during business hours to be connected with a Yolo FCU representative.
Apply Online―New accounts and loan applications provide a seamless digital experience. Click Open Account from the home page of our website or Apply from the menu icon in the upper-righthand corner.
24/7 Access―The following services are available to conduct your banking remotely: Mobile App, ATMs, and Digital Wallets.
